- Psychopharmacology/ Medication Assessment and Management for ADHD; Anxiety Disorders: Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, OCD; Depression Disorders; Bipolar Disorder; Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder; Psychotic or Thought Disorders; Women’s Mental Health: Postpartum Depression/ Psychosis
- Psychotherapy – Individual: Insight-oriented, Psychodynamically informed;
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: when recommended for Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Hoarding, PTSD or Depression.
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder: Trauma Recovery specific and individualized protocol
- Emotional Freedom Technique
- Mindfulness Training/ Relaxation Practices/ Sound Meditation
- Mind-Body Processes: Focusing Psychotherapy; Somatic Experience

- Case Consultation / Fitness for Duty / Independent Medical Exams: one-time with no intention for ongoing treatment with me

Insurance
Dr. Ng is not on any insurance panels except for Cottage Health and on panel provider with Managed Health Network / mental health carrier for most HealthNet medical plans (excluding HealthNet Federal Services). She is an out-of-network provider for all other major insurance plans. She is not a Medicare or Medical Provider. Please check your coverage benefits with your insurance plan directly. Some insurance plans will reimburse patients for a portion of the billed amount. A “superbill” receipt can be provided to you so you can submit for insurance reimbursement. Our office can also do courtesy claims submission to insurance companies on your behalf if you like at no additional cost.
Rates
Initial Adult Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Assessment (Face-to-Face 60- 75 Minute + 30 min review of labs, reports, intake forms completed/sent by patient)– $500
Initial Minor Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Assessment (Face-to-Face 90 Minutes, Includes time with parent alone or together + + 30 min review of labs, reports, intake forms completed/ sent by patient) — $650
50 – Minute Psychiatric Therapy plus Medication Management (+ 10 min documentation) — $375
25 – Minute Medication Management (+ 5 min documentation) — $240
For Cottage Health Employees, (primary insurance is through Cottage Hospital) — Co-Pay is $20 per visit.
For MHN/ HealthNet members –Co-Pay varies based on plan from 0 to $50
Cash, check, credit cards (VISA/MC) are accepted for payment at the time of each session.

Time reserved for you will be charged at full cost for missed appointments unless canceled more than 48 hours in advance.
